	Chairman of the Hamilton Chapter, Appraisal Institute of Canada for two years and Director of Chapter for a number of years.
	Director on the Hamilton-Burlington and District Real Estate Board.
	Over 95% of time in business is spent in the Hamilton-Wentworth, Halton, Niagara and Haldimand Regions.
	Active in real estate valuations and real estate consulting.
	Attended a large number of seminars regarding appraisals and general real estate.
