Provide support to the appraisal team
by conducting and preparing rental and market studies,
and performing detailed property searches |

Research sales and leasing information
within Southern Ontario real estate markets, and maintain
an excel database to store the information |

Collect data for comprehensive appraisal
reports for mixed use, investment, industrial, commercial,
residential and special purpose properties |
|
Prepare sections of appraisal reports
to aid senior appraisers in efficiently completing projects |
|
Experience using the Marshall & Swift
costing manual to value properties under the Cost Approach |
